• If you are with more than 6 persons, the poolside apartment must be rented aswell. This apartment has  an additional bedroom with double bed and bathroom and has airconditioning.

• The apartment can only be rented if the property is rented.
  
• If you only rent the house , the apartment is always empty  
•  The house is for 6-8 adults with more then 6 people the apartment must be rented.
• The  property is suitable for 6 people with the possibly two small children.
• There  are two cots available.(please indicate before arrival).
• There are air conditioners in all rooms of the house .
•  Note that water and electricity are expensive at Aruba. ( Normal use is included but meters are read).
• The swimming pool is a salt chloride bath and is cleaned and checked twice a week.
• The gardener is comes ones a week.
